Mikayla completed grade 12 at St Patricks college in 2015. Through high school Mikayla made state teams for swimming and netball, and her love of sport lead her into teaching learn to swim, which she found very rewarding.  However Mikayla felt like she needed a change, and has now joined our Property Management team in the role of Assistant Property Manager. 


Mikayla comes from the country, living on a dairy farm therefore loves animals and also spending time with friends and family.


Why real estate? I’ve never truly knew what I wanted to do. However real estate has always been in the back of my mind. Then after reading about this position I knew it would be something id love to do, having something different to do every day.


What are my values? Hardworking, honesty, positive and cheerful attitude and determination.


What qualities would I look for in a property manager/ property consultant to look after your Property? Organisation, honesty and professionalism. With a can do attitude.




"Hi Mikayla,  we just wanted to say thanks so much for organising our lawn to be mowed on Tuesday - so quickly after we mentioned it on our property inspection form! "I am just responding from an email today. We had an altercation with rent being processed at a bad time etc and I just wanted to say although the problem itself was annoying, Mikayla handled it with such empathy and respect. Customer service is an important thing to me as I’ve worked in and around it for 10 years and I feel launceston lacks a lot, especially in the realestate department.
