After graduating from the University of Tasmania in 2000, Anne lived, worked and traveled overseas encouraging everyone she met to visit her beautiful home state of Tasmania. This passion followed her home to Launceston where she spent the next 9 years selling Tasmania to the rest of the world in her role as the Sales Manager of a local adventure tour company. Looking for a new challenge, Anne turned her sights to the Real Estate Industry and joined the Harcourt’s Property Management team. A self-confessed ‘people person’ she looks forward to interacting with the local community and making herself invaluable to her colleagues and future clients alike. Assisting Fiona Ricketts and the Property Management Team Anne’s role is to help maintain the high standards of service offered when catering to the needs of our clients. Married with two young children and a large network of family and friends Anne likes to keep busy in her spare time. Most days begin with a run, a gym session or a breakfast date with girlfriends and she doesn’t like to slow down until it’s time for bed. Rachel has lived in Tasmania all her life and has been working as a Property Porfolio Assistant for close to two years. Rachel enjoys being able to work in an industry she is so passionate about in her hometown. Previously working as a receptionist in a 4 star boutique hotel where she completed her Certificate in Hospitality, Rachel brings wonderful customer service skills to all clients and prides herself on her great organizational and communication skills. She believes that efficiency and attention to detail are essential to her role and brings her enthusiastic personality to the mix as well. Outside of work Rachel loves taking long walks around the Cataract Gorge, spending time with family and friends, taking circus classes and going to the gym.
Commencing only recently with the Launceston Harcourts team; Belinda began her career in the hospitality industry working within large 5 star hotel chains, resorts and later small accommodation venues.
In 1994 she transferred her skills to commence employment working in Real Estate as a Property Manager, also Administration and later in the role of a Body Corporate Manager on the Gold Coast. Belinda and her husband moved to Tasmania from Queensland in 2008 seeking a lifestyle change where she operated and owned a cafe/catering business for 5 years.
Having worked all her career in customer service based positions, Belinda understands the importance of being a reliable, approachable , honest & dedicated employee ; committed to providing exceptional professional service to our property owners & tenants. Outside of Harcourts, Belinda & her hubby and two pooches live in a beautiful tranquil spot along the Tamar River, where she loves to garden and cook. They have not been disappointed with their decision to move to Tasmania, loving everything about it.

Shari has come to Harcourt Launceston with 6 years industry experience. Shari first started in the Real Estate industry in 2010 where she was a loyal employee of Peter Lees Real Estate. Shari started her adventure in administration/reception where she began to expand her knowledge of the industry and made the decision that Property Management was a true passion of hers. Shari soon made the move to the Property Management division, where she started as an assistant to the department which gave her the knowledge and experience to inherit her own portfolio, and has managed portfolio’s for 5 years now. One of Shari's biggest achievements was being nominated for the Leading Property Managers of Australia (LPMA) Rising Star Award. This resulted in her being short listed and being selected as a finalist in this award and represented Tasmania on a national basis as one of the top 5 finalist for the year of 2013. In 2015 the Peter Lees Real Estate rent roll was purchased by Roberts Real Estate, where she worked for 12 months. In Shari's spare time you'll find her spending quality time with family and friend and of course her puppy!
Tiarna joined our team in early 2017 with a solid background in customer service, both in the hospitality industry and fitness industry. Tiarna has completed her Property Management course and received her Property Management license and was lead to the real estate industry for its dynamic and client focused atmosphere. She is in the role of Assistant Property Manager to Shari Lockett and is ready and excited to start learning more every day. She is also excited to put her customer service skills to good use and provide her clients with the best experience that she can. In Tiarna’s spare time she likes to get away to the coast and spend time with her family and friends.
Cass has spent the last 11.5 years in a client service based roll working with home lending clients. Cass worked in an analyst role for 4 years of these years providing staff management, coaching and development. Having experience managing personal investments has given Cass an insight as to what owners and tenants want. Cass has 3 step children, who she adores. Along with her husband Cass loves spending family time adventuring outdoors, playing/watching sport and making memories.
Lena begun to work for Harcourts in early 2016. Prior to commencing employment with our office Lena worked in hospitality, retail and aviation which gave her more than enough experience in customer service.
Shortly after starting her employment with Harcourts, Lena has gained her real estate licence, along with completing other training programs. Outside of work Lena loves to spend time with her family and friends.

For the best part of the last 10 yrs, Karen has been a 'stay at home mum'. Karen’s personal interest in Real Estate came at an early age, as did her interest in Agriculture - which is why she initially pursued a career in that industry, completing her Certificate IV in Agriculture at the Longreach Pastoral College in 2000-2001 and working on cattle stations in north Queensland for a number of years before becoming a mum. Since becoming a parent, Karens values changed as did her pursuit for a better and less labour intense career path, which is what lead her back to the Real Estate industry. Karens Grandfather & her mother, together have bought and sold a number of properties throughout South Australia for a number of years, both rural and residential for investment & personal use. I am also a registered Stable Foreman with TasRacing, to Troy Blacker - Troy Blacker Racing in Longford. Troy is also Karens fiancé and they own a few race horses together as well this being his chosen career path.
Karen loves getting home to her family and animals everyday - Karen enjoys going to races & sports meets catching up with Owners, fellow Mums & close friends.
Nikki completed year 11 at Launceston College in 2013 before starting her career in the dental industry as a dental assistant. Wanting a change, Nikki jumped at the opportunity to begin a career in property management at Harcourts.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys keeping active, playing netball and spending time with family and friends.
Charlotte joined the team at Harcourts Launceston in early 2015. She obtained her real estate licence shortly after and began her role as a Property Portfolio Manager. Charlotte is a very organised person who is determined to succeed in every task at hand. Outside of work Charlotte values time spent with family and friends, keeping fit and playing netball.
Liz commenced working in the Real Estate industry with us back in 2011 as one of our Office Administrators. During the time Liz was in administration she completed her Property Consultant and Assistant Property Management license’s, and in assisting in both of these roles her knowledge of the Real Estate industry grew each day. After 18 months here at Harcourts Launceston, Liz made the move to Darwin and became a Business Associate for two of the top Sales Consultants before starting her career in Property Management. Whilst in Darwin, Liz proudly completed her Certificate IV in Property Services. Liz returned back to Harcourts Launceston as a Property Portfolio Manager in 2014 with a vast range of experience in the industry. Liz excels as she is extremely dedicated, focused and wants nothing more than to succeed with each challenge that she is faced with. With Liz’s prior experience in both areas of Real Estate as well as close to almost 10 years customer service, she brings a fresh look into our team.
Jo was initially employed as a Receptionist in Property Management in 1995 and later going onto managing a variety of properties in Launceston, Tamar Valley, Deloraine, the Northern Midlands, Burnie, Smithton and even the remote West Coast townships of Zeehan, Queenstown and Strahan. She later went onto managing a Property Management Department in Launceston and then onto a State Property Manager position for a large State-wide Real Estate Company. So you could say that she is very passionate about Property Management, in fact you could almost say it is in her blood!
Jo holds a Diploma in Property, a Real Estate Agents Licence and a certificate in Training and Assessment. Her responsibilities include managing the Property Management Trust account, which includes disbursing funds to Owners and Creditors, processing Tenant payments and the general day to day tasks of managing a trust account.
Jo has two wonderful children and husband that keep her very busy. They love anything outdoors, whether it is fishing, bike riding or just pottering around and take advantage of any long weekend or holiday to travel to the East Cost to enjoy the sun, sea and surf and to catch up with family and friends.
